ABOUT AGS

AGS Therapeutics (www.ags-tx.com ) is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering microalgae extracellular vesicles (MEVs) as a novel, universal delivery platform for next-generation therapeutics, vaccines, gene therapies, and cosmetic applications. MEVs have demonstrated strong potential as safe, targeted, and highly versatile carriers for advanced biologics, including RNAs, DNAs, and polypeptides.

AGS-M (www.ags-m.com), the CDMO subsidiary of AGS Therapeutics, is dedicated to the production of MEV batches supporting internal R&D programs and future clinical development, as well as programs developed with pharmaceutical and industrial partners. AGS’ MEVs are derived from Chlorella, a two-billion-year-old unicellular microalga, FDA-classified as GRAS and consumed as a food supplement for decades—combining biological robustness with industrial scalability.

Backed by a strong intellectual property position and an experienced, committed team, AGS develops proprietary technology platforms spanning biomolecule design, biopharmaceutical development (in vitro and in vivo), MEV manufacturing at laboratory and pre-industrial scale, and advanced MEV bioanalytics and characterization.

Why AGS

We believe AGS’ science has the potential to change how therapies reach patients worldwide. Tomorrow’s gene and drug therapies require delivery solutions that are less invasive, more effective, and capable of overcoming formidable biological barriers—such as access to the gastrointestinal tract, brain, retina, or lungs.

At AGS, we challenge conventional assumptions, push scientific boundaries, and build new paradigms. You will grow your expertise, learn alongside exceptional colleagues, and thrive in a motivating, proactive, and intellectually vibrant environment.

If you are seeking an inspiring, ambitious, and fast-moving biotech adventure, AGS is the place to be.
